• Any attempts to refund will result in a store and game server ban.
• We may decline to conclude a sale for any reason we see fit, including but not limited to potential fraudulent activity or your previous interactions with us.
• Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
• Payment processing related to puchases is performed by our third-party payment processors.
• None of the items on the store are "pay-to-win", which means the items are cosmetic skins and have no effect on gameplay other than visual changes. These items will not grant an advantage over others.
• Hat skins can only be applied on "Hat of Valor" item in-game, please make sure you understand you need to own this item before you are able to use hat skins. You can however buy them in advance and apply later when you own the "Hat of Valor" item.
